Not exactly. MotoresQ is a trauma kit, which goes beyond basic first-aid. It focuses on life-threatening injuries like heavy bleeding, deep wounds, and burns. where traditional first-aid kits often fall short.
No. Each kit comes with QR-code access to video tutorials and clear instructions. The tools are beginner-friendly and designed for fast use, even in high-pressure situations.
Since we’re just getting started, all MotoresQ kits are hand-assembled with care by a two-member team. Please allow 4–5 working days for dispatch. Once shipped, delivery typically takes another 4–7 working days, depending on your location. We appreciate your patience as we build each kit with precision and purpose.
We do not accept returns or refunds, as the kits contain sterile medical products. However, if your kit arrives damaged or with missing items, we offer a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Most items in the kit have a 5-year shelf life, and each product has its expiry clearly mentioned. We recommend checking your kit every few months and storing it in a dry place.
As of now, we are shipping only within India. We’re working on expanding globally soon.
