RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Motoresq, we prioritize your safety and satisfaction. Please review the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Due to the sensitive and life saving nature of our trauma kits and medical supplies, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. Once sold, products cannot be returned.

REPLACEMENT ONLY IN CASE OF DAMAGE
If your order arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

REPORTING DAMAGES
All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@motoresq.com with clear photos of the damaged item(s) and your order details.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for replacement. Items showing signs of use, tampering, or improper storage will not be eligible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All Motoresq products including trauma kits, medical consumables, and first-aid components are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety regulations.

EXCEPTIONS
Replacements are only processed for verified cases of damage during shipping or manufacturing defects.
