By accessing or purchasing from MotoresQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

PRODUCT USE & SAFETY
MotoresQ products are designed strictly for emergency response and first-aid support. Use only as directed. Improper handling, storage, or modification can result in injury or reduced effectiveness.

NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT
MOTORESQ PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION ARE NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL CARE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. ALWAYS SEEK IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION IN THE EVENT OF SERIOUS INJURY OR HEALTH EMERGENCIES.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PRICING
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. MotoresQ reserves the right to modify prices, descriptions, or discontinue products without prior notice.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days across India through our partner, Delhivery. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the courier.

NO RETURNS / REPLACEMENT ONLY
Due to the sensitive and medical-grade nature of our kits, MotoresQ does not accept returns or issue refunds. Replacements are offered only for verified cases of product damage reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos and order details.

FREE REFILL OFFER
MotoresQ offers free refills for 1 year from the date of purchase, subject to terms and conditions. This offer applies only to eligible products and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. Refills are limited to consumables and do not include full kit replacements.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotoresQ and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including personal injury, loss of data, or loss of use. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific product in question.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold MotoresQ, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from misuse, negligence, or violation of these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, product designs, and content remain the exclusive property of MotoresQ. Unauthorized reproduction or modification is prohibited.

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to such data processing.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
